Tools Used
Articulate Storyline, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Wellsaid Labs
Context
This course was created in February 2024 as an introduction to concepts within the financial claiming process for the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program (FFVP). The module was presented as a required course for all program sponsors by the Division of Food, Nutrition and Wellness. I created this course based on regulation requirements provided by subject matter experts within the division.
Once completed, this module would be taken by school administrators, program leaders and cafeteria workers across Florida who participates in the program.
Conditions
This course was created at the request of the Division of Food, Nutrition and Wellness' Finance and Claiming team. This course is intended to inform program participants of the requirements and regulations within the program and is to be completed annually by program participants.
Scope
This module is included as a required section of the division's Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program training. External users complete this course to satisfy annual requirements while participating in the program.
Role
As the Instructional Designer and learning management system (LMS) Administrator, I was responsible for the creation and management of this project. I worked alongside subject matter experts (SME) who provided the required information for the project. Once all of the relevant information was acquired, I complied the data into a lesson plan, which was to be approved by the subject matter expert (SME). I then developed the course in Articulate Storyline which was also reviewed and approved by the SME. Upon approval, I subsequently uploaded the module to the learning management system (LMS).
